Set up between the two trees in Robeson front yard, include a few chairs for spectators.

Make a pie or two for the tiki bar potluck.
Be in Charge of Music
Create playlists, take requests.
Child Care / Activties / Arts & Crafts
Simple crafts table, games pick one: 3-4:30 Friday, 3-4:30 Saturday, 3-4:30 Sunday.
Take out Trash
Empty trash and recycling bins.
Spoil the Grandparents
Snacks, comfy seats, drink refills, or share a fun photo etc...
Photography / Videography
Take pics and videos that capture the fun stuff happening at the reunion. Send Brad your top 5 best by Sunday at noon.
Label Cups
Markers + stickers at drink station; keep extras handy.
Vacuum
End-of-day sweep of common rooms.
Empty Dishwasher
Run cycles as needed, empty.
